I grew up as a 5th generation native of Jackson,WY. I spent a lot of  time in my grandmothers salon and was fascinated  with color!  in 1999 at the age of 19 I decided to move and go to Cosmetology school in Cheyenne. After completion I moved back home and I worked in a barber shop/salon for 18 months, during that time I honed my skills on cuts & color. A short time later the owner sold the salon and I moved back to Cheyenne and have been here since 2001. I have worked in all different types of salons and even managed a few.  I found my niche as a booth renter at Chris' Hair Port, we are a family oriented salon and are very friendly and fun. We serve all ages from 2 to 102,  where everyone is welcome and treated like family.
I have been licensed for 13 years. 
I have taken extensive classes in  advanced color  placement and foiling by Redken and Matrix. I attend continuing education classes once a year at minimum, everything in my industry always changes and I strive to stay on top of the latest techniques and trends.
I recently attended a hair expo in Denver and learned a lot of new tricks and techniques from FHI and Redken, I can't wait to share them with you!
