Notes: I HAD THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HERE....I just went in for full highlights. I said to her I like highlights cause my hair has alot of red in it. She took it upon herself to also put in low lights ALOT OF THEM! (I wasn#39;t aware she did this). Well it
