A successor company, Regal Nails, Salon & Spa, LLC was formed in September 2005 to restructure our organization to better serve our franchisees and salon patrons. Notes: I would advise not to use this salon for health reasons until changes have been made. On April 5 2007 I went into the salon to get serviced for a pedicure and manicure. As the technician preformed the pedicure I noticed that two of my toes were bleeding.
