Notes: Such a disappointment!! Went to Elite on my birthday 3/22/11..for a nice relaxing pedicure. I was hounded from the moment I walked in the door! I wanted the $35 pedicure and the rude tech insisted over and over that I needed the $55 citrus pedi. Seriously
