Notes: I#39;ve been going to JoJo#39;s Hair Boutique for 15 years. All the staff are so friendly and nice and they have everything I need right there. They keep up to date on all the latest styles. I would highly recommend it to anyone.
If I could give this less than one star I would. A friend and I went in to get beach wave perms. After spending three hours and 84 dollars in this run-down salon, both of us came home to two half-ass perms that lasted 8 days. The stylist did not assess the amount of damage the perm would do to my hair and I am now forced to cut two inches of complete breakage off of my hair. I went in to have them look at my completely straight frizzy hair a week after it was done, and they refused to give me my money back. The owner got my hair wet, scrunched it in her hands and said that it was still curly, during which the hair had already gone completely straight. WASTE OF MONEY AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This place should be shut down and the trashy stylists should not be licensed to do hair.
