Notes: To whom it may concern I visited a nail salon in Grandview Mo called Foxy Nail 12038 Blue Ridge Ext on Tuesday 8.12.08. I visited the nail salon just for a simple polish of the nails. I witnessed one of the technicians sanitizing methods as well. When the
