In November 1994, three career oriented women started Visible Changes. Each brought their own unique qualities into the company. Teresa had an immense amount of salon experience and creative experience for both hair and customer care. Julie and Mary both brought into the mix years of business experience as well as experience in hair care. These three together formed the perfect blend of experience, knowledge, and motivation and were ideal in forming the foundation of Visible Changes.
Unfortunately, after only a year, circumstances pulled Mary away from the daily activities at Visible Changes. However, both Teresa and Julie felt well suited for and up to the challenge of continuing Visible Changes. They have proved more than capable and Visible Changes continues to grow and improve today. Additionally, whenever possible, Mary still takes the time to contribute to the success of Visible Changes even if it is just words of advice or motivation.
In the beginning, Visible Changes consisted of just one employee and only offered hair and skin care services. Within one year, Visible Changes added two more employees, a massage therapist, and a Hex Tanning Booth, a unique standing 15-minute system. Over the years, Visible Changes continued to add products and services and today is a full service salon offering an immense variety of beauty care treatments including facials, manicures, pedicures, hair coloring, perms, styles, and precision haircuts. They also carry a full line of specialty beauty products such as Matrix Essentials, Biolage, Nioxan, Scruples, Back to Basic, and much more.
