About
Maureen Donlan is the President and chief technician of Amazing Faces and All Star Nails located in Chicago's Gold Coast. She was certified through the Elisa Miguel Institute for Permanent Makeup in 2004 and received instruction in lips, eyebrows, eyeliner, and 3D Semi-Permanent Eyelash Extensions. Maureen is also a member of the Society of Permanent Cosmetics.
Maureen continues to educate herself in new products, procedures and technology in order to maintain the highest level of proficiency, artistry and thorough comprehension of environmental and client safety. She most recently completed classes at the Beau Institute of Permanent Makeup. Maureen achieves positive results for her clients with advanced methods, equipment and expertise.
