Nails Now III

Lack of communication with customers about how short to cut nails for a manicure. The older lady that's in charge, gave me a manicure and cut my nails down so far the tips of my nails and fingers are sore. I can't believe she cut my nails pass my natural nail line. She needs to take a nail class on how far to cut a customers nails down when giving a manicure! NOT PASS THE NATURAL LENGTH OF THE NAIL EXPOSING THE SKIN. MY NAILS ARE KILLING ME RIGHT NOW!
