Used to love going here. However, as the place is getting busier..I have noticed that the customer service has dropped. They do too much talking with you about the cost of services, trying to add services during your session, timing massages (and checking constantly that they don't go over the timed amount). And when it came time to leave tip...I left the standard 20%, plus some in a jar for the neck massage, but was met with questionning about how it was not enough to cover two people. I explained that it was 20% of bill...and they continued to debate me. I explained that tipping was a personal decision...and that was the amount I was tipping. The manicurist walked away talking loudly to her colleagues and shaking the receipt. It was embarrassing and frustrating. Really disappointing. This is the second time this has happened. Now I'm sure I'm not going back.
